When I was skating I felt I was skating on a dirt road with a bunch of stray rocks and even though ice rinks are supposed to be cold it was -10 degrees

Great rink and friendly, helpful staff!!! However, so busy for the weekend afternoon public skate that the rink ice was pretty used up after only about 30 minutes. Also, there do not seem to be public bathrooms on the same level as the rink. Also could use more seating on the same level as the rink for non-skaters or skaters changing into/out of street shoes. Will be returning for a later public skate time.
